Hello and welcome to our general information section! We’re thrilled to welcome you to the breathtaking grounds that are Camp Ramblewood. At our festival, we believe that the experience is everything. From the music, to the art, to the atmosphere, we want to make sure that you have an unforgettable experience. We hope you find your home away from home this fall!

Thursday, September 19th: 10 AM - 2 am
Friday, September 20th: noon-midnight

Parking

General Parking

General weekend parking is available for $20/car. This can be purchased ahead of time or on site using a card. Cash is not accepted. You are allowed to exit the parking lot and re-enter, so long as you keep your parking pass. You are responsible for paying again if you lose it.

Car Camping

Car camping is available for $50/car. You will be allowed a 20 ft x 10 ft space. If you are planning on car camping with friends, please arrive in a row. We cannot promise to save spaces for guests arriving late.

RV Camping

RV (vehicles longer than 25ft) parking is available for $200/RV. There are no hook-ups for RVs available on site. Please let us know how large your RV is, so we can properly accommodate a space for your vehicle.

Please remember -

NO CARS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CAMPGROUNDS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ESCORTED BY A STAFF MEMBER.

Guidelines

Family and Children

We encourage you to bring your kiddos along for the weekend! We’ll have plenty of activities for them to participate in, as well as 200 acres of outdoor wonderland to explore together!

Children 5 and under are FREE! They must be accompanied by an adult, and parents must bring a copy of their birth certificate or other proof of age (eg., report card). This applies to all ticket types.

Water

Stay hydrated, friends! Sink and hose water on site is potable. There will be multiple drinking stations labeled on the map as well.

Food and Drinks

Food trucks* will be available from 10 AM to midnight. Late night snacks will be available for purchase. Please bring your own food to supplement.

Beverages will also be available for purchase on site.

Please bring your own reusable plate or cup!

*Meat, Vegan, GF, Vegetarian, and Dairy Free options will be available in plenty. Check our socials for the most up to date information.

Bathrooms

Toilets on site will be flushable, indoor, REAL toilets. Treat them with care! There are four locations for GA ticket holders - cabins 1&2, by the pool, by the lounge, and on the corners of cabins G-N.

Both the pool and lounge bathrooms are ADA accessible

Cabins 1-20 have private bathrooms that may only be used by those who rented the cabins and anyone they grant access to.

We will also have portapotties by car camping, as requested by 2023 attendees.

Showers

Showers are available for all guests. They are located in bathrooms near cabins G-N.

If you would like to purchase a cabin, all cabins have their own showers as well.

Electricity

If you need to plug in, please visit The Lounge! There are multiple plugs here for your convenience. We are not responsible for any electronics left unattended.

Alcohol & Non-Alcoholic Beverages

Anyone 21+ is permitted to drink. Autumn-themed cocktail favorites such as spiked ciders and spiked hot cocoa will be available on site. We will also have CBD-infused and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

Autumn Revival camping mugs will be sold on site. Using reusable containers will save you money at the bar!

No glass permitted on site, whatsoever. Glass will be confiscated.

Animals

No animals will be allowed on site.

Service animals must have proper paperwork with them at all times.

Fire

All campfires must be contained in a raised fire pit to ensure there is no burning or scorching of the grass or other vegetation. No fires are permitted outside of a raised fire pit. No fire or ash may touch the ground at any point. Firewood will be available for purchase on site.

Lost & Found

Ground scores do not exist! Please help us reconnect items to their rightful owner by returning all found items to our information booth or to a staff member. During the event, all lost and found items will be held here at the info booth. If the info booth is closed, please find a staff member with a walkie talkie. We will keep all lost and found items in a locked room on site. We will post all items to our facebook page and keep items for 7 days. After 7 days, all items will be donated.

Couches

BRING THEM! LAY IN THEM! SHARE THEM! Just please resist the urge to bring full-sized couches into the barn, sorry couch potatoes.

Grounds

Camp Ramblewood consists of natural, flat, and sloping grounds. Most areas are accessible to and maneuverable by wheelchairs or other motorized vehicles. There are paved roads around the property.

Parking

Accessible parking is available for you. When you arrive at the festival, ask for accessible parking and you will be properly directed.

Camping

Although we will not have designated areas for accessible camping, we will help you get to your most desired location as easily as possible. If you are coming by car, staff can escort you to your desired location and assist with unloading if desired. Staff can also escort your car back to campgrounds on pack-out day and help with loading your car, if desired. Please let the front gate know this is a service you would like, and we will have someone assist you.

Cabins

Should you decide to purchase a cabin, there are two cabins on site that are fully accessible.

Bathrooms

There are two accessible bathrooms on site by the pool and cafeteria. We will be sure to have an ADA accessible porta potty by our high-traffic areas, as well.

On-site help

Should you need assistance on site, please find any staff member with a walkie talkie or head over to our information booth and we would be happy to assist in any way.
